Guernsey milk has a golden colour and a rich, creamy taste. It is also very high in A2 beta casein which makes it ideal for people with A1 sensitivities. We produce milk to the highest level of animal welfare whilst farming the land in a way that promotes regeneration and biodiversity. The cows are free range and are out grazing on lush pastures during the spring, summer and autumn. At Berkeley Farm Dairy, we believe that milk should be consumed as close to its natural form as possible.
