Do not remove any packaging. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Place the bagged chicken in a deep roasting tray and cook in centre of oven for calculated time on front of pack (40 minutes per 1kg plus additional 20 minutes). Avoid the bag coming in contact with open flame or heating element. If you want the skin to be more crisp, remove the chicken from oven at end of cooking time and open the bag by cutting around the dotted line with a knife or scissors. Return the chicken to oven for final 10 minutes.
