Artadi have the maximum respect for the environment as they are Organic and do not use pest or herbicides.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe style of this wine is characterised by aromas and flavours of fresh and delicate red fruits. Their sweet and subtle tannins generate velvety textures in the mouth.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are hand picked in to 10 kg crates, the sorting of bunches and berries is carried out after picking. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel open top vats with cold maceration for 24-48 hours. Fermentation takes 10-12 days with often cap management and a brief pumping over.
