Combine well and leave to stand for 10 mins. Shape the mixture using a spoon into 12 golf ball sized balls. Bake in the oven on a lightly oiled baking sheet at 180°c for 20 mins. Or fry in hot oil for 3 mins, turning every 20 secs until golden brown, draining off any excess.
