Suitable for vegetarians.Velvetised Creams are the result of folding and melding chocolate, vodka, lashings of real cream and other authentic ingredients into smooth liquid velvet. Why vodka over the traditional whisky? We have never played by any rules, from our chocolates to our alcohols, beauty products and more. We wanted a spirit that allowed our chocolate to sing. Something clean, contemporary, and entirely different. It was vodka with lashings of real cream. We took our salted caramel chocolate and velvetised it with vodka and cream. Flood of dulce de leche; smooth, creamy finish. We're the only chocolatier to run two bars; one in London's Borough Market and another at our hotel in Saint Lucia. Surrounded by cacao, we started stirring it into cocktails; the nibs, the shells and the resulting creamy chocolate. The results were so good, we bottled them. We took our salted caramel chocolate and velvetised it with vodka and cream. Flood of dulce de leche; smooth, creamy finish.
