Montes Cherub Rose is a delious pale coral coloured rose which has been crafted with care from hand picked grapes from the Cochahua Valley. The nose is intense and expressive, with predominant aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and tart cherry.
With a mixed blend of Syrah grapes creating intensity & complexity & Grenache which adds floral notes and a freshness to the wine. On the palate this wine is balanced and fresh, and has a natural acidity and delicate body.
To be served chilled with fish, poultry and vegetables.
