Château Grand Corbin Manuel St-Émilion Grand Cru 2016 is hand picked from 7 hectares of sand and clay soil terrior in South-West France. The grapes are sorted on a vibrating table with vinification taking place in temperature controlled, stainless steel vats. The wine is aged in 50% new French oak barrels for 12 - 18 months. There is a bouquet of vibrant red cherries and blackcurrant notes with a hint of vanilla on the finish. Best served with meat dishes such as chicken or beef; rich fish dishes such as tuna, or pasta dishes
