Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, leave steak in open air for 5 minutes and for temperature to rise. To pan fry heat 1 tbsp oil on a high heat, season steak if required then carefully add steak to pan and seal on both sides.
Cook for remaining time turning steak occasionally, slightly reduce heat temperature to cook steaks evenly on each side. For Rare 2-3 mins, Medium 3-5 mins, Well Done 5-7 mins (timings are approximate).
Ensure the surface is thoroughly cooked.
Once cooked allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
