Jalapenos, vinegar, salt and garlic. Nothing but flavour here, with no starches or gums in sight. We barrel age our Jalapenos to get that complex fruity flavour that makes our Original Hot Sauce so tasty. Lacto-fermenting our chillies (the same process used to make sauerkraut) gives an amazing depth of flavour that other hot sauces just don't have. Planning a Mexican-style feast?? Make sure you have a bottle of Original Hot Sauce within reach. It's the perfect "pour-on" for fajitas, tacos, enchilladas and burritos.
