Pasta Salad with Ponti Zero Olio Grilled Champignon Mushrooms, Giant Pitted Green Olives and Basil

160gr Short Pasta
185gr Ponti Zero Olio Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
50gr Chopped Giant Pitted Green Olives
5gr Basil
Salt
Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta, cook until al dente, then drain and rinse well under cold water. Place the drained and rinsed pasta in a large bowl, add chopped giant pitted green olives, Ponti Zero Olio Grilled Champignon Mushrooms, basil and mix well. Season with pepper and extra virgin olive oil and serve with a few drops of Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
