Just 1-2% of dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps, diarrhoea and concentration loss.
2. ELECTROLYTES. Electrolytes are VIPs at hydrating your body and contribute to brain, nerve, immune and muscle function, while also helping to prevent cramping and muscle fatigue. Phizz contains the 4 main electrolytes lost in sweat (sodium, potassium, chloride and magnesium), helping you put the good stuff back in.
3. HIGH DOSE MULTIVITAMIN. Phizz contains a broad range of 18 essential vitamins and minerals. Phizz is an oral rehydration product with vitamins and minerals.
Phizz is a food supplement not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
To use simply dissolve 1 tablet in 300ml of water.
Phizz is supposed to be taken when tablets are fully dissolved. Always consume the tablets after dissolving them first.
For best results Phizz should be consumed soon after dissolving the tablets. If this is not possible consume within 24 hours and ideally store in the refrigerator.
Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
