Uses

Place the interdental brush to the top of the gum moving in and out between each tooth in a brushing motion around 8-10 times. The brush should be snug and not loose against the gums. You may find you need different sizes for different gaps.

Tips and Advice

Each brush can be used for up to 2 weeks with the correct care by not being too forceful and also washing and drying the interdental after use.
