This midwife developed labour trio, will help you to feel calm, grounded and more focused when in the early stages of labour if you are starting to feel overwhelmed. It is also perfect throughout pregnancy, especially in the third trimester when you are struggling to relax or have nervous energy.


How to use

Spritz for Labour - spray into the air around you, a tissue or your pillow and inhale
Rollerball - Roll a small amount on to your wrists, temples, and pulse points. Re-apply whenever needed. Take a moment to pause and inhale the oils
Spritz your pillow and use your rollerball on your pulse points and inhale and relax before sleep
Marvellous Massaging Stick - Apply directly to the skin, applying the preferred amount of pressure for a relaxing and soothing self-massage, or ask your partner to help.
