Directions:

Preparation:

  • Whisk thoroughly 25g of mix with 150ml ice-cold water until the batter is smooth and lump free. Add 1tsp of oil and mix for 1 minute until fluffy.
  • Add some oil or margarine to a low/medium heat non-stick frying pan.
  • Add the batter to the frying pan and bake first for 5 minutes on one side until there is a crispy crust. Flip gently, place a lid over the pan and bake for another 3 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and press some of the air out with a spatula, this will give it a nice texture.
  • Bake the omelette for 10 minutes in total. Enjoy! Also nice to try in a tortilla or other egg recipe.
