Bursting with a fun, fruity flavour, Holland & Barrett Teen Omega 3 Fish Oils with A, D, E & C are made exclusively for teens. They contain a specially formulated combination of essential fatty acids and vitamins to help aid and encourage a healthy heart, brain and vision.
It's important that teenagers are provided with essential vitamins and minerals as their bodies change. Omega-3 contributes to the normal function of the heart, as well as normal vision and brain function. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin E contributes to the protectiono of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones.

Take two chewy capsules per day. Adults can also follow the same directions. Chew the soft capsules to burst the fruit flavour centre. Do not exceed stated dose.
